Welcome to Krish On Politics

Welcome to Krish On Politics, a blog dedicated to commentary on Liberal and Progressive politics with special emphasis to Indian Politics. I use this blog as a medium to post my opinion mostly on contemporary politics and, at times, I delve into the politics since 1947 (the year of Indian independence). I also invite guest bloggers to post here from time to time, on topics related to their areas of specialization.

This is a forum for people with liberal and progressive attitude. We do appreciate opposite view points as long as there is substance to the arguments. Any troll like behavior is ignored as we consider any engagement with such people as waste of our time. If you don't have anything substantial to offer, you are better off elsewhere.

Hindutva Hall of Shame

Religious fundamentalism is going to hit the final nail in the coffins of religion. People are very much aware of the acts of Islamic and Christian fundamentalists. However, the world views Hinduism as a peaceful religion compared to Abrahamic religions. However, Hinduism is no different from any other religion when it comes to the coupling between violence and religious bigots. This is an effort to document the acts of Hindutva terrorism

Global Warming Terror

If you thought 9/11 was bad, wait till you get to see the effects of global warming. In front of the global warming terror, 9/11 will totally fade. Scientific research has predicted the global warming and its consequences. Now it is our responsibility to act. Unlike what happened before 9/11, we have a chance to stop this terror attack from happening.

God Demystified

God and religion are totally flawed. In today's scientific world, the concept of god and the underlying religion becomes meaningless. God and Religion are remnants of the tribal society. A civilized society, built upon a strong scientific foundation, should abhor such tribal ideas and move forward with a rational approach to solving human problems.
